FIELD: medicine; dental surgery.

SUBSTANCE: dental reimplantation, antiseptic treatment and root canal filling are carried out. Atraumatic tooth extraction is carried out by means of system "EASY X-TRAC System". Root canals are processed in low-frequency ultrasonic mode 24.5-26.5 kHz through 0.05% miramistine solution within 5 minutes by means of apparatus "УТП-1" in pulse mode 0.2-0.4-0.6 Wt/cm² at pulse frequency rate 50 Hz. After that canals are filled by Endometasone with guttapercha points. Tooth crown is renewed with glass ionomer resin "Gem Base" or photo composite "Herculite". Bone cavity is prosessed through 0.05% miramistine solution with waveguide "Optodan" generating impulse light with wave length 0.85 to 0.95 mcm, pulse intensity 2-4 Wt, pulse duration 40-100 nm, pulse frequency 1.5-2.0 kHz, magnetic field intensity 35 mTl with exposure 5 minutes. Bone cavity is filled with osteoplastic gel "Indost". Tooth is reimplanted. Tooth is strengthened with aramid floss №3. Floss is covered with photo composite "Herculite", after that antibacterial, desensitizing and laser therapy is prescribed.

EFFECT: enables to provide effective tooth extraction and reimplantation for chronic periodontitis treatment.
