FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: fuel sprayer comprises body with fuel feed channel (44) and at least one main orifice (32) configured to split fuel flow into multiple fuel drops. The latter get in contact with collision surface (46) for splitting of fuel multiple drops to smaller secondary drops and for creation of thin film of secondary drops on said collision surface. At least one compressed air channel forces airflow into contact with secondary drops for splitting of secondary drops thin films at collision surface peripheral edge to reduce the size of said secondary drops. Secondary drops pass through multiple secondary outlet orifices (52) for exit from the body. Size of multiple secondary drops reduces at exiting from multiple secondary orifices.
EFFECT: higher quality of fuel spraying and evaporation.
