SUBSTANCE: invention relates to real time network applications and communications. The technical result is achieved at the expense of local file system which contains the information on presence of other users in a network, the information on presence is published as reaction to activation of the user interface, and the named other users are the users identified irrespective of, whether a user was earlier a contact of the neighbouring user or not.
EFFECT: possibility of identification and displaying of presence of neighbouring users in a network without disturbing the work process.
