FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: tool comprises a body and a strengthening tool and a threaded tool installed at the opposite sides of the latter. The threaded tool comprises a cylinder, where a stem is installed, a spring, a fork, a threaded roller, a current-conducting axis and a flange. At the same time on the stem there is a flag and a spiral spring. The fork is fixed at the end of the stem. The threaded roller is installed in the fork with the help of a current-conducting axis. The flange is installed at the end of the cylinder. The strengthening tool comprises a cylinder, where a stem is installed, a spring, a fork bracket, a fixing axis, a fork, strengthening rollers, current-conducting axes and a flange. At the same time on the stem there is a flag and a spiral spring. A fork bracket is fixed at the end of the stem. The fork hingedly by means of a fixing axis is connected to the fork bracket. Strengthening rollers are installed in the fork with displacement relative to each other by width of their contact section with the help of current conducting axes. The flange is installed at the end of the cylinder.

EFFECT: invention provides for the possibility to strengthen a threaded portion of a part and subsequent strengthening of its cylindrical part without tool re-adjustment.
