FIELD: combined treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tool for electromechanical hardening of working faces of key slots of inner cylindrical surfaces. Tool comprises roller, housing, lever, axle and rod. On the lever there is a cylindrical step with a groove, in which the above strengthening roller is installed on the axis. Corners are rigidly fitted on lever and body. On one of the said angles in the center of the end part there rigidly fixed is the rod with the thread cut at the end, and in the other corner in the center of the end part there is a hole of larger diameter than the diameter of the rod. Between the corners on the rod there is a cylindrical compression spring, which is made with possibility of movement along the rod and adjustment of compression force.

EFFECT: as a result, working surfaces of key slots of inner cylindrical surfaces are hardened.
