FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: tool contains shaft, two work rollers, flange, spacers, washer, bracket, arms, prism, stock, spring, forks, current conducting axes and expanding tie-rods. To the flange end the spacers are secured, as well as the shaft is rigidly secured. Washer is secured to ends of the spacers, at washer external end the bracket is secured. Arms are hingedly connected with the bracket. The stock by one end is connected with washer, prism is rigidly connected at the other end of the stock. Spring is installed on the stock, and prism is hingedly connected with arms by means of the expanding tie-rods. Forks are installed outside the arms, and work rollers are installed in forks with displacement by width of their contact area by means of the current conducting axes.

EFFECT: alignment of holder is ensured relatively to the machined hole.
