FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises forming under water of water-air jets by cutting at least two lanes - the central and peripheral, which is enclosed on the perimeter with high ice parapet. If there are two or more peripheral lanes, they are cut through in equidistant directions at equal angles to each other at a distance of more than 50 m. In the direction away from the central lane to the peripheral ones the blind straight channels are sawn and cut through, or the collector troughs are mounted with the organization of constant mixing of water flow and air. The air-water mixture is pumped from the channel or the trough to the peripheral lane, while changing the peripheral lanes occurs alternately. Under the ice, a hung extensive network of waterproof energy-efficient LED tapes are placed.
EFFECT: creation and maintenance of non-freezing water area in storage fish reservoirs, oxygen enrichment of air of natural and artificial reservoirs.
