FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: evaluation of operability of process equipment is carried out by parameters and criteria of metal plasticity, for this purpose maximum deformations are detected in the concentrator top emax, as well as damaging deformations eL, at the same time if the condition emax<eL is complied with, then the equipment state is evaluated as operable, if the condition is not complied with, then in the top of the initial concentrator under action of nominal stresses σH from external loads cracking is possible, i.e. formation of initial crack with size L0, then, if the condition KI(L0)≤[KI] is met, where KI - permissible coefficient of stress intensity, the condition of equipment is evaluated as operable.

EFFECT: substantiation of possibility to further operate process equipment and prevention of highly dangerous brittle damages.
