SUBSTANCE: in compliance with claimed process, the used steam is fed from the steam turbine to the condenser steam chamber and condensed on the surface of condenser tubes. The condensate is forced by the turbine condenser condensate pump to the recovery system. Note here that the steam turbine exploits the bearing oil feed system with oil cooler. All recoveries are executed with the help of closed-cycle Rankin thermal engine running on low-boiling working fluid cycled in closed circuit.
EFFECT: higher efficiency owing to additional generation of electric power.
