FIELD: power industry.
SUBSTANCE: condensing plant having a condenser of a steam turbine with industrial steam extraction is used, and additionally, utilisation of high-potential heat of steam of industrial extraction and utilisation of low-potential heat of an oil supply system of bearings of the steam turbine is performed. All the above utilisations are performed by means of a thermal engine with a closed circulation loop, which operates as per Rankine organic cycle, which uses low-boiling working medium as cooling liquid, which circulates in the closed loop. It is compressed in a condensate pump of the thermal engine, heated in a recuperating heat exchanger of the thermal engine, heated in an oil cooler, heated in the lower delivery heater of the steam turbine, heated in the upper delivery heater of the steam turbine, evaporated and reheated in the condenser of the steam turbine with industrial steam extraction, expanded in a turbine expander of the thermal engine, its temperature is decreased in the recuperating heat exchanger of the thermal engine and condensed in the heat exchanger - condenser of the thermal engine.
EFFECT: improving efficiency of TPP due to utilisation of low-potential heat of steam of heating extractions from a steam turbine and utilisation of low-potential heat of the oil supply system of bearings of the steam turbine for additional generation of electrical energy.
