SUBSTANCE: system comprises surveillance video cameras with fire and security alarm sensors for fixed objects, the outputs of which are connected to a local area network and/or the Internet. The system is based on a cloud computing platform with video servers, data storage systems, service providing units and software. The outputs of the video surveillance cameras are connected via the local area network and/or the Internet to the video servers of the cloud computing platform, which is configured for connection to inputs of equipment for presenting visual and audio information of a monitoring and response centre.
EFFECT: faster response to detected alarm situations and reliability of subsequent analysis of said interlinked alarm events.
