SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automotive industry. In compliance with the first version, claimed gearbox comprises the housing, planetary mechanism with axially shifting carrier supporting one pinion, three axial input shafts with small central gears, output shaft and carrier axial displacement drive. Large central gear of planetary mechanism is engaged with the pinions and, axially, with the carrier via the thrust bearing. Said carrier has two splined rims. The large central gear has one splined rim. Output shaft has one splined rim. Said housing has two splined rims. At the carrier axial shift the rims are engaged to execute the following modes: reverse gear range, neutral, first range, first fixed gearing between the first and second ranges, second range, second fixed gearing between the second and third ranges, third range, third fixed gearing between the third and fourth ranges, fourth range and forward bear. In compliance with the second version, the gearbox has two coaxial input shafts and not forward gear mode.
