SUBSTANCE: method of making a Y-coupling in the form of a system of intertwined flat conductors for circulators on lumped elements comprises a procedure for mechanical mounting of flat conductors, followed by intertwining thereof. Flat conductors of equal length are arranged parallel to each other on the lateral surface of an imaginary cylinder while fixing the ends of said conductors on the periphery of the first and second bases of the imaginary cylinder, and intertwining is carried out by turning the cylinder bases relative to each other around the axis of the imaginary cylinder by a calculated angle (less than 180°) with simultaneous approach.
