SUBSTANCE: microstrip circulator has insulating substrate, set of three metal strips, ferrite member with partially metallized surface mounted on insulating substrate, and magnetic system; novelty is that ferrite member is made in the form of cylinder or polyhedral prism, that strips are electrically insulated from each other and disposed do that their ends abut against ferrite member or project under the latter approaching each other through distance greater than strip width, that ferrite member base is confined in circle or polyhedron inscribed in this circle, diameter d of the latter being within range found from formula , where n is numerical coefficient ranging between 150 and 300; εf is dielectric constant of ferrite; fmed is medium operating frequency; ferrite member height h is found from formula , where k is numerical coefficient ranging between 0.2 and 0.5; λmed is wavelength corresponding to medium operating frequency.
