FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: textured sheet of electrical steel with low noise characteristics contains linear stress areas, located with spacing in rolling direction of the steel sheet. The linear stress areas continue under angle 30° or below to the direction orthogonal to the rolling direction of the steel sheet. Losses in iron W17/50 are 0.720 W/kg or below, magnetic induction B8 is 1.930 T or over. Volume occupied by the closure domains in the distorted area is from 1.00% or over to 3.00% of below of the total volume occupied by the magnetic domains in the steel sheet.
EFFECT: reduced level of nose generated by steel core of the transformer made out of superimposed on each other textured sheets of the electrical steel, in which due to treatment with grinding of the magnetic domains the losses in iron are reduced.
