SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of agricultural engineering, in particular to machines for harvesting crops. The header unit comprises a header with the main cutting head, a feeding mechanism, a neck of the mechanism of crop processing, an additional cutting head of scissor type. The additional cutting head moves behind the main cutting head. The additional cutting head is connected to the rear part of the header and is based on the rollers interacting with the soil. At least one support roller has an outer surface discontinuous in the circumference, made with the ability to perform the preliminary processing of at least one stubble and soil.
EFFECT: constructive solution provides simultaneous harvesting crops and soil tillage.
