SUBSTANCE: invention relates to heat exchangers. Claimed device comprises the first valve means (7) to be fitted in the pipeline (6) connected with the primary loop (3) of heat exchanger (2). Said means (7) comprises the first intake channel (19), first discharge channel, first valve seat (17) and first shutoff element (18) arranged between said first intake channel (19) and first discharge channel. Claimed device comprises the second valve means (14) to be fitted in the pipeline (11) connected with the secondary loop (4) of heat exchanger (2). Means (14) comprises the second intake channel (20), second discharge channel (21), second valve seat (22) and second shutoff element (23) arranged between channels (20, 21). Means (7) and (14) are integrated into common valve assembly (16). The first and second elements (18, 23) can be displaced between valves (20, 21) by pressure difference. Common valve assembly (16 comprises retaining means to open the second means (14) after opening of the first means (7) only.
