FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: thin gas-tight oxide film of electrolyte is produced by application on the substrate from electrode material of the mix consisting of water, alcohol or alcohol-water solutions 1-8 wt % of oxide-forming salts and no more than 5 wt % of organic film-forming agent, with subsequent heating of the mix at the rate no more than 50°C/h within the range of temperatures from room one up to the temperature of complete decomposition of components of the mix applied on the substrate, then heat treatment of the produced layer is performed at the temperature from 1000 up to 1200°C.

EFFECT: increasing tightness and mechanical strength of oxide film.
