FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) and specifically to a method of producing ink for producing gas-tight thin-layer electrolytes by digital jet 3D printing. A distinctive feature of the method is that the oxide powder used is powdered zirconium oxide doped with yttrium of the composition Zr0.9Y0.1O2 or composition Zr0.92Y0.08O2, solvent used is dipropylene glycol monobutyl ether, or butyl glycol, or butyl glycol acetate, as organic binder - polyvinyl butyral, which also acts as a polymer binder, and dibutyl phthalate - as a plasticiser, the powder is dispersed at the following ratio of components, wt.pts.: oxide powder, solvent, polyvinyl butyral and dibutyl phthalate at ratio of 25:69:3:3 or at ratio of 10:69:3:3, respectively, to obtain ink with viscosity of 3–30 cP.
EFFECT: obtaining ink for 3D printing for automation of SOFC production process.
