FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: method to erect a screw pile in soil with a detachable shoe includes the submersion of the screw pile into soil for a rated depth, which is previously made from a hollow cylindrical shaft with a hollow shoe, sharpened in its lower part and equipped with a helical blade in this part. At the same time the shoe is made as detachable, and formation of the pile support is carried out by the supply of a soil-strengthening mix into the hollow shaft of the pile. In the end of the shoe, and also along the helical line of coupling of the side surface of the conical part of the shoe with the helical blade they previously make holes, which are placed above the helical blade and/or under it. Supply of the soil strengthening mix into the cavity of the pile shaft is carried out simultaneously with screwing of the pile so that the supply of the soil strengthening mix into the shaft results in its even mixing with soil along the trajectory of passage of the helical blades of the pile and binds appropriate soil before the hole and the helical blade, forming a support from soil in the lower end of the pile shaft, which volumetrically covers the helical blades and the pile shaft. As the required depth is achieved, the detachable shoe is left in soil, and the shaft is unscrewed from it, simultaneously supplying through the shaft the soil strengthening mix or concrete under pressure, forming a pile screw support together with the shoe.

EFFECT: increased reliability of a helical pile in soil in the process of its operation.
