FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of multi-pile foundations on frozen soils. Multi-pile foundation contains foundation frame, combining upper ends of screw piles, each having metal pipe and screw working member with blades fixed on lower end of pipe. Pipe and screw working member are coated with composite anticorrosion coating. At top ends heads are additionally welded with support plate at height of ground surface, providing ventilation of space under foundation frame and preventing permafrost structure change under it. Pile pipes on outer side additionally contain nonfreezing coating, and their inner cavity is filled with dry sand and cement mixture. Blades of screw working member are made supportive with transverse size varying from two to three diameters of pile shaft. Foundation frame is made of metal beams mounted in form of rectangular two-row frame, two-row cross and/or two-row linear support, wherein between beams at foundation frame attachment points on pile heads, as well as in places where support structures support-spacer connecting elements (SSCE) are installed equipped with braces of beams, as well as seats for posts of support structures on foundation frame beams with possibility of their longitudinal movement on surface of foundation frame beams.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of construction of pile foundation and increase of its bearing capacity and stability of frozen soils under conditions of seasonal freezing and thawing of upper layers of soil.
