FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of foundation and bases on rocky grounds, including for special purposes on permafrost soils, specifically to method of erecting piles in rock and permafrost soils of Far North. Method of erecting piles in rock and permafrost soils is characterized by the fact that at the point of each pile installation a narrow leader well is drilled at the design depth of the pile immersion with a rock drill with simultaneous removal of drilling sludge from the drilling zone with compressed air supplied through the bore cavity and a hole in the drill cutter. Further, the leader well is expanded by an expansion bit equipped with a striker and a hollow guide nozzle – a pilot with end teeth, to transverse dimensions corresponding to the diameter of the blades of the screw pile, with simultaneous removal of drilling mud from expanded well by feeding compressed air into expansion zone through central hole in expansion bit. Simultaneously with process of expansion and cleaning of well from sludge on portable concrete mixer, liquid sand concrete mix (SCM) is prepared in volume sufficient for rigid attachment of pile in expanded well. Further, after readiness of SCM and cleaning of expanded well from slurry, expansion bit is removed and in the lower part of the expanded well through the corresponding groove of the mobile concrete mixer liquid SCM is poured into the depth, providing complete pouring of SCM screw empennage of the pile at its location at the bottom of the expanded well. Then, in partially filled with liquid SCM well, the pile is immersed by its screwing in or pushing in against its end teeth to the bottom of the well, after the end of the pile end teeth in the bottom of the well, the pile is scrolled until the SCM access is completely closed from the well into the inner cavity of the pile. Further, the pile is centered and the cavities between the outer side surfaces of the pile and the inner walls of the expanded well are filled with liquid SCM with simultaneous compaction by vibration and / or rotation of the pile, after filling of the above cavities and SCM hardening in them backfilling of internal cavity of the pile with dry sand-cement mixture (SCmM).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of speed of erection of pile foundation on rock and permafrost soils of Far North without deployment of concrete plants, reduction of required volumes of liquid SCM for attachment of pile in well.
