SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a photopolymer composition for producing optical elements, which includes matrix polymers, writing monomers and photoinitiators, wherein the matrix polymers are polyurethanes and the writing monomers are acrylates, the composition containing as plasticisers fluoroethanes, wherein the fluoroethanes have the general formula wherein n≥1 and n≤8, R1, R2, R3 are hydrogen and/or independently straight, branched, cyclic or heterocyclic, unsubstituted or optionally heteroatom-substituted organic residues, wherein at least one of the residues R1, R2, R3 is substituted with at least one fluorine atom and the fluoroethanes have a refraction index
EFFECT: producing high-brightness holograms.
