SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a device for detecting three-dimensional objects, comprising: means (33) of detecting three-dimensional objects based on captured images and calculating the speed of a three-dimensional object, means (35) of detecting light sources corresponding to the front phase of another vehicle, and control means (37) which, if no light source corresponding to the front phase of another vehicle is detected, and additionally the speed of the three-dimensional object is equal to or less than the speed of the vehicle under investigation, or the difference between the speed of the three-dimensional object and the speed of the vehicle under investigation is less than a given value, stops detection of the three-dimensional object based on information of the difference signal form.
EFFECT: preventing erroneous detection of vehicles in an adjacent lane in conditions when there is dirt on the camera lens.
