FIELD: dispensing devices.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to fluid dispensing devices and a fluid dispensing method. Device (101, 102, 103) contains chamber (2) having an internal volume made with the possibility of containment of fluid, pressure surface (25) made with the possibility of reduction in the internal volume of the chamber under pressure by deformation of deformable wall (22), dispensing part (23) containing dispensing cavity (8), outlet (24), dispensing hole (108) connecting the chamber to the dispensing cavity, dispensing valve (5) installed in dispensing cavity (8) and, in an open state, providing the possibility of passage of fluid from an inner side of chamber (2) to outlet (24) through dispensing hole (108) and dispensing cavity (8), and, in a closed state, preventing the possibility of passage of fluid from the inner side of chamber (2) to outlet (24) through dispensing hole (108) and dispensing cavity (8). Moreover, dispensing part (23) contains lid (70), and cavity (8) is located inside lid (70), while lid (70) is installed with an overlay on deformable wall (22), and deformable wall (22) and lid (70) are combined into a single part of the same material without interruption or made as a single part by on top formation or casting with double injection. Alternatively, dispensing part (23) additionally contains insert (71) inserted into lid (70), and the device contains a connection between lid (70) and insert (71), sealed so that to ensure tightness of chamber (38) for air or gas, into which fluid to be dispensed cannot penetrate. Alternatively, deformable wall (22) is made without the possibility of movement in lid (70). The device also contains a side channel located in dispensing part (23) and connecting chamber (2) to outlet (24), and/or the axis of movement of dispensing part (23) is essentially perpendicular to a direction of fluid distribution.
EFFECT: improvement and/or simplification of compactness, use, ergonomics, production, and refilling of such dispensing devices for fluids in order to improve hygiene.
