SUBSTANCE: claimed system comprises fluid dispensing plate with inlet channel for connection with fluid source, at least one manifold for dispensing of fluid including one or more aromatisers connected with said inlet channel and multiple discharge holes arranged along said manifold to feed said fluid on tobacco article surface. Note here that said plate is located downstream of tobacco article filling device and abuts on tobacco article flow at exit from the device. In compliance with another version, claimed system comprises means to feed the web for making of packs. System device for making and filling of tobacco article includes long tubular element with outer surface that forms the tobacco article from fed material. Forming collar receives said web and bend it around pack making device. Grooved heating disc seals the lengthwise web end sections by making the seam at web displacement along the device. System includes also the fluid dispensing means described above. Claimed process comprises making of web to be used in production of pelletised aromatised tobacco article. Said article is shaped and filled with the help of device including long tubular element with outer surface for making that for wrapping the article there around. Fluid is produced with one or several aromatisers to be fed into fluid dispensing system.
EFFECT: higher quality of finished products.
