SUBSTANCE: invention relates to loose material cleaners. Claimed mobile cleaner comprises the components that follow. Device to intake and to transfer fouled loose material inside the cleaner. Device for mechanical separation of loose material and/or slime from fouling consists of feeder and fixer for feed of filler grains and water to fouled loose material and for their mixing. Screening device is provided with swinging sieve to separate coarse filler grains. Centrifuge is used to separate fouling from loose material in upward flow and to carry it in said flow of separated suspended loose material particles. Dewatering device separates cleaned loose material from water contained therein. Steam generator processes loose material with the steam. Feeder and mixer receives filler grains to grind, crush or separate the fouling into minor components. This plant incorporates first high-pressure water generator to feed steam or hot water at high pressure and temperature over 300°C into feeder and mixer and cleaning loose material by high pressure. Second high-pressure water generator feeds said water to screening device to subject fouled loose material on swinging screen to processing by hot water and/or steam under high pressure.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning.
