SUBSTANCE: method for processing of rapeseed grains (4) includes following stages: cleaning of rapeseed grains (4) from husk, where grains (4) are carried through a gap between peeling rollers (5), and separation of husk from husk-depleted grain fraction (6) by sifting and/or aspiration, so that husk, remaining in husk-depleted grain fraction (6), is no more than 4 wt.% of husk-depleted grain fraction (6), and pressing of cold-pressed rapeseed oil (25) from husk-depleted grain fraction (6). Moreover, a moisture content in the husk-depleted grain fraction is from 4 to 7 wt.%, and a temperature of cake (9) formed during pressing is limited to 70°C, a residual oil content is reduced to 18-28 wt.% per the dry weight of cake, and part of cake (9) is returned, mixed with husk-depleted grain fraction (6) before pressing, and pressed again. Water vapor (30) under pressure is supplied to cake (9), and then, cake (9) is expanded to form grits, while water vapor is dosed so that cake (9) is temporarily heated to a temperature of above 100°C under the action of water vapor, and grits after expansion has a temperature from 80 to 95°C, and grits are extracted with an organic solvent, while the second residual oil content is reduced to 2 wt.% or lower per dry matter of grits. After expansion, part of cake (9) is returned to the process. Device (1) for implementation of the method for processing of rapeseed grains (4), according to one of the previous paragraphs, contains: peeling rollers (5) forming a gap for cleaning of grains (4) from husk; a separation device located after the gap between rollers, with at least one sieve or winnower for separation of husk-depleted grain fraction (6) from husk-enriched grain fraction (31); flattening rollers (7) for rolling of husk-depleted grain fraction (6) into flakes, screw press (8) for pressing of cold-pressed rapeseed oil (25) from husk-depleted grain fraction (6) rolled into flakes, containing a screw and a sieve casing, wherein screw press (8) produces cake (9); and return device (34) intended for return of part of cake to screw press (8). Expander (14) is installed behind screw press (8) for supply of water vapor (30) under pressure to cake (9) and for subsequent expansion of cake (9) to obtain grits, and extractor (15) is installed behind the expander, intended for extraction of grits with an organic solvent, and return device (34) is intended for return of part of cake (9) after expander (14).
EFFECT: invention allows for development of a stable, reproducible, and continuous method, as well as a device for its implementation, using which, along with high-quality cold-pressed rapeseed oil, protein-containing products can be obtained from rapeseed at low cost, which can be processed into high-quality feed and food products.
