FIELD: radio engineering, communication.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed device can be used in the microwave range as a base radiating module when implementing phased antenna arrays, Yagi antennae and reflector feeds, as well as a separate antenna. The disclosed dipole antenna comprises an extended narrow conductor with a small cross-section, divided in the middle by a gap into two halves with adjacent and remote ends relative to each other, a two-channel equal-amplitude power distributor, one of the outputs of which is connected to the adjacent end of one of the halves of the conductor by a section of a transmission line, wherein the input of said distributor is the antenna input.
EFFECT: designing a dipole antenna, the maximum of the beam pattern of which deviates from the perpendicular to the axis of the conductor by 20°.
