FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of microwave technology and can be used as an individual solitary emitter, as well as the basic element of the phased array of radar systems with linear polarization of the emitted radio waves. Antenna contains the first 1 and second 2 collinear radiating cylindrical conductors located above the wide wall 3 of a rectangular waveguide 4 perpendicular to its axis of symmetry 5. Adjacent ends 6 and 7 of conductors 1 and 2 are in close proximity. Antenna also contains two identical quarter-wave segments 8 and 9 of the coaxial line located perpendicular to the wide wall 3 of the waveguide 4 and displaced from its axis of symmetry 5 in opposite directions to the narrow walls at the same distance. Each of the segments 8 and 9 has outer 10, 11 and inner 12, 13 cylindrical conductors, respectively. Lower ends of the inner conductors 12 and 13 are immersed in the intra-aquatic space through 3 holes made in the wide wall, the diameter of which is equal to the inner diameter of the outer conductors 10 and 11. Lower ends of the outer conductors 10 and 11 are galvanically connected with a wide wall 3, and their upper ends are open. Ends of the radiating conductors 1 and 2 are connected to the ends of the segments 8 and 9 according to the claims.

EFFECT: technical result consists in reducing by 1,3 times the width of the radiation pattern in the E-plane with the mutual orthogonality of the axes of the radiating conductors and the waveguide, necessary for narrowing the radiation pattern of the waveguide phased antenna array in the H-plane.
