FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: portable gas analyser with array of piezosensors includes highly strong polymer case with nozzle-blower and fluoroplast protecting cover, on upper case board located is cell with array of three piezosensors with sensitive film coatings for identification of air components and equilibrium gas phase above polymer products, food products, fuel by the totality of their highly volatile compounds, inside case located are: miniature excitation circuit, connected with three microcontrollers, programmed in sum for 150 storage cells for registration and conversion of signals of piezosensors and their transmission to mono- or polychrome display in order to present analytic signal in form of "visual prints" of maximums of three sensors and for preservation of information on removable memory device, which is brought into action autonomously from inbuilt compact power source, on case board located are: button for device switching on, button for blower operation and switch to separate modes of measurements: fuel analysis, of polymer materials, food products and indicators of operation of piezosensors and mono-/polychrome display for presentation of analytic signal.
EFFECT: increased mobility, compactness and reliability of analyser operation, simplification of exploitation.
