FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mining and can be used for gravity dressing of ore stock by hydraulic processes. Claimed device comprises control transducer connected with signal inverter and control system. It can interact with deslimer discharge assembly gate actuator. Control transducer is composed of the pressure gauge arranged at the deslimer lower section in discharge assembly. Said transducer cam convert the pressure signal to unified analogue signal of 4.0-20.0 mA. Said pressure gauge is connected with the unit for recount of analogue signal in terms of pressure magnitude in the discharge assembly into rated unloading sand density, said unit being meant for collection, processing, visualization and backup of data on unloading sands formation and on control of sands density. This unit is connected with the unit of comparison of actual sand density with the preset magnitude and with the unit meant for setting of sands density. Said comparison unit is connected with proportional-integral-differential controller configured to convert the difference between actual and preset sands density into actuation signal for control signal connected therewith. Note here that said control system is connected with the discharge assembly actuator mechanism to be connected via feedback unit with aforesaid proportional-integral-differential controller.

EFFECT: higher accuracy of control with due allowance for physical and mechanical parameters of ore fed for hydraulic gravity dressing.
