FIELD: mining engineering.
SUBSTANCE: determining the optimal setting for feeding the ore to the mill and the ore-water ratio for grinding the ore mass to the specified granulometric composition in the processing circuit with the classification. The sensors are located in structural elements, on the main and auxiliary assemblies and mill machinery. The signals of the sensors, as well as their integral, differential and complex indicators, are scaled and evaluated in a given time interval, taking into account their influence on the control actions. The control tasks automatically change, optimizing taking into account the current physical and mechanical properties of the ore and the current state of the equipment in function for maximum ore processing. The generated tasks for PID regulators control the actuators and drive mechanisms. By controlling the load of the main and auxiliary drives when comparing with the baseline data, the ore is optimally loaded, the water supply is regulated at the optimum solid-liquid ratio, and the equipment is protected from overloads in the grinding circuit. The capacity is controlled by a gauge of the weight of the ore fed. The water supply is controlled by a water flow sensor.
EFFECT: invention improves efficiency of ore grinding.
