SUBSTANCE: auxiliary device can be represented by any type of an auxiliary device - a touch screen, a keyboard, an audio component, a docking station, and others. To secure the upper part of the electronic device on the auxiliary device a hinge assembly is used. The hinge assembly is made with the ability to provide rotation of the upper part relative to the auxiliary device. The hinge assembly comprises a plurality of discs for receiving a plurality of segments of the auxiliary device. The auxiliary device comprises one or more magnetic stripes for pulling discs included in the upper part of the electronic device, at that the discs are made in the form of toothed wheels.

EFFECT: possibility of rapid replacement of one auxiliary device to another, the possibility of flexible orientation of the auxiliary device relative to the upper part of the electronic device.
