FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to hammer crushers. Crusher grate consists of several crossed metal strips (12, 14) parallel with crusher rotor shaft and strips (16, 18, 16′) perpendicular thereto. Cross-section of said strips is, in fact, rectangular and perpendicular to their length. Said strips are connected with geometrical closure by means of ledges (22, 24) and recesses (20) fitted in each other to make a grate structure. Arrangement of strips (12, 14) between strips (18) on one side and between strips (16, 16′) on opposite side makes the appropriate supports from outside in direction of crushed material. Strips (12, 14) from the grate end sides are interconnected by strips (16) with ledges (24). At least one main side of the grate structure features the shape of partial surface of cylinder surface. Trapezoidal cross-section of the ledges of strips (16, 18) allows the inclined location, not parallel, of said trips (12, 14).

EFFECT: simple production, possibility of storage and transportation of the grate as-disassembled.
