FIELD: electricity.

SUBSTANCE: method of integrating analogue-to-digital conversion is implemented at the preset sampling interval with further division of this interval by integer n-number of times and formation at each obtained time intervals of the master saw-tooth scanning function and slave scanning function obtained in result of periodic integrating of sum and difference for input and reference signals, with further recording of time moments of level equality of the master saw-tooth scanning function and slave scanning function by change in pulse sign and production of pulse-width modulated signal with further conversion into digital code at the preset sampling interval of sums of time intervals corresponding to time intervals for integrating of sum and difference for input and reference signals. At that digital conversion at the preset sampling interval is made against the last pulse out of n pulses with pulse-width modulation.

EFFECT: increased dynamic accuracy of integrating analogue-to-digital conversion.
