FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: apparatus for trapping and unloading fibrous sticky materials from sewage water comprises a frame, a filter array made of movable and fixed filter step plates, and a drive. In the lower part of the direction of flow of the sewage before the filter step plates there is a door which, on the side of the direction of flow, is pivotally connected to the frame of the apparatus, and on the side of the filter step plates, depending on the lower or upper position of the movable filter step plates, freely rests either on the second lower step of the fixed step plates or on the first lower step of the movable step plates, respectively. The control system of the drive of the apparatus is provided with an automatic drive control unit, comprising a sensor for monitoring the level of sewage water before the filter plates, a sensor for monitoring the position of the pivot joints of the drive which, when interacting with the protrusion of a disc mounted on one of the driving axles, enables to stop the drive in a position which corresponds to the pivot joints being in an upper position.
EFFECT: low power consumption, high efficiency of cleaning sewage water, longer service life of the apparatus.
