FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to equipment for entrapping and cleaning of process gases from solid impurities. Proposed unit comprises driven hood arranged above processing equipment and communicated with gas duct, bag filter and fan. Said hood is fitted on rollers atop gas duct face to turn about horizontal axis. Hood drive consists of two piston air cylinders with their housings rigidly secured support and rods articulated to lever jointed with the hood. Said bag filter comprises casing with inlet and outlet branch pipes, dust bin, filtration sleeves with their bottom stopped ends attached to metal perforated plate arranged to displace on springs chamber dirty gas lower section. Said plate is jointed with platform arranged outside said casing to support vibrator. Electromagnetic coils are fitted along the axis of said filtration sleeves. Clean and dirty gas chambers accommodate pressure gages connected to control unit connected, in its turn, with vibrator and power supply of electromagnetic coils.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of cleaning, simplified design, reliable recover of sleeve filter.
