FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: claimed platform for drilling under coastal sea ice conditions comprises the hull with relatively smooth deck at its top part and ice bending shape at its bottom part extending downward and inward around the hull perimeter. The ice bending shape extends from the hull area nearby the deck level to extend downward to the area nearby the hull bottom. The ice deflector section extends around the hull bottom perimeter to force the ice around the hull and not under the hull. Besides, this platform comprises three supports arranged inside the hull bottom perimeter. Note here that said supports can be lifted from the sea bottom to tow the drilling rig in shallow waters and be extended to sea bottom and, additionally, can be extended for lifting of the hull partially or completely from water. Self-lifting device is connected with every support to lift the support from the sea bottom to allow floating of this platform and to push the hull completely from the water when there is no ice. Besides, said platform comprises the gas system for mixing of water nearby the supports and reduction of problems related with the ice nearby the supports.

EFFECT: higher reliability of operation, fine resistance to ice effects all the year round.
