SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a beverage dispensing machine such as a coffee machine equipped with a cooking valve chamber for complete and/or partial locking of beverage leaking from the chamber. The valve represents a solenoid-operated valve, in particular - a piezoelectric valve that is continuously controllable to regulate the rate of beverage flow from the chamber.
EFFECT: with the help of the said chamber one implements the possibility of regulation to the required back pressure degree to compensate for other operational parameters of the machine.
