FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to beverage dispensing machines. The beverage dispensing machine contains the first hydraulic circuit including a water source, a pump, a water heating means, a preparation means selected from among a preparation chamber and a capsule; the preparation means has an inlet/outlet means, a beverage collection means for collection of prepared beverage at the preparation means output and for dispensing the said beverage into a container; the machine additionally contains a second hydraulic circuit including a second pump and a second water heating means; the outlet of the said water heating means is connected to the first circuit downstream the preparation means relative to flow of water in the first circuit.
EFFECT: two hydraulic circuits (where temperature can be changed independently enable the possibility of dispensing different types of beverages with a different degree of ingredients dilution and a different foam quantity so that to ensure distinctive organoleptic properties of the end beverage.
