SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a beverage dispensing machine and this machine operation method, in particular, to a full automatic or semi-automatic machine dispensing coffee/beverage. The beverage dispensing machine is equipped with a brewing chamber (2) and at least one electrovalve for control of flow rate of the beverage flowing out of the brewing chamber (2); the said at least one electrovalve represents a piezoelectric valve (3. 3'). The method for operation of the beverage dispensing machine equipped with a brewing chamber contains a stage whereat one controls the chamber outlet hole opening/closing operation to the required extent via an electrovalve which represents a piezoelectric valve (3. 3').
EFFECT: invention is aimed at offering a machine for beverage dispensing, the machine can easily be controlled and kept cleaned, allows fast control of the beverage flow rate at the brewing chamber outlet and immediate control of the valve located at the brewing outlet chamber at the stage of beverage preparation and dispensing in order to compensate for possible deviations of other parameters of the machine from the optimal value.
