FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: simulation procedure involves Wistar rats. The procedure uses mature female rats with a regular oestrus cycle aged 120 days or more and 180-210 gram heavy. In the dioestrus phase proven by cytological analysis of vaginal smears, 10 mcl of the solution (2×10-3 mol) of kisspeptinergic receptor blocker - kisspeptin-234 trifluoroacetate salt is introduced into nasal passages. The anovular phase prolongation is proven by cytological analysis.
EFFECT: method enables creating the instant model of anovulatory infertility close to physiological environment; it possesses good reproducibility of the results and a possibility to prolong the experiment period without damage to animal's life with no time limits.
