SUBSTANCE: method is carried out using additional information on the fine structure of echo signals of the Doppler signature of objects and using new operations, which enable to compare and merge scattered signals based on frequency (Doppler shift), time (delay) and angular (amplitude-phase distribution) information.
EFFECT: high probability of detection and enabling classification of radio-silent objects.
