SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of devices for dispensing liquids. The liquid dispenser comprises a monoblock housing. The monoblock housing consists of a first element and a dome-shaped second element. The elements are attached with a hinge joint. The first element comprises holes and channels of the second element valves. The first element comprises stops that prevent movement of the exhaust valve into the hole for the exhaust valve and movement of the inlet valve into the inlet channel. The dome-shaped second element forms a button for pressing by the user to dispense the liquid. The method of manufacturing the dispenser comprises the step of providing a mould for moulding elements. The elements are moulded by pressure-die casting. The first and second elements are aligned through the hinge joint. The liquid dispenser is fastened.

EFFECT: achieving the proper orientation or alignment of elements of the dispenser in order to assemble quickly the finished device.
