FIELD: aircraft engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rocket first-stage units are equipped with the flexible rope-type mechanical linkage. Said rocket units are detached from the carrier rocket second stage to launch the parachute system. The rocket units are stabilized to suppress their hypersonic speeds. The rocket units are descended with the help of space parachute system to surface them at the fall area.
EFFECT: reduced distance between fall area and launching site and fall area proper.
