FIELD: aviation.
SUBSTANCE: invention is designed to create modern, cost-effective means of inserting small spacecraft (SSC) with weight from 100 kg to 1000 kg into orbits with a height Hcr, from 200 km to 1500 km without limitations on the azimuths of the launch traces. The Aircraft Rocket Launch Site (ARLS) consists of a solid-propellant space-mission vehicle (SMV) on the basis of the recycled Topol-M ICBM and IL-76MF standard military-transport carrier aircraft (CA). In order to insert the SMV from a lightweight transport-launching platform, a set of parachute systems based on a lifting-stabilizing parachute is used.
EFFECT: optimal mass-dimensional parameters of the rocket segment, with the maintenance of the standard operating conditions of space-mission vehicles and carrier aircraft.
