FIELD: rescue operations.
SUBSTANCE: device comprises a main unit in the form of a pipe with a diameter of at least 300 millimetres with removable fasteners to a surface, having 4 independent places on the main unit, including a roll and a fastening for engagement of the rescue ropes with the length of 30 and 50 meters, hose security hooks, hook belts, snap hooks, and two separate fastenings, one of which is designed to test the rescue rope with the length of 30 and 50 meters, consisting of a support plate, a small support plate, a square metal rod, 2 fastenings - eyelet mounted on the metal rod, and a gusset, and the second - for testing the hook belts, snap hooks and hose security hooks, consisting of a metal sheet, fastening in the form of an eyelet and an angle bar. The device has two working directions for testing and the ability of releasable attachment on the horizontal or vertical surfaces.
EFFECT: ability to create low-cost device, easy to manufacture and reliable in operation, for testing of rescue equipment and fire-fighting outfit.
