FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: method includes use of leave-in-place form and detection of pouring defects on the basis of registration of ultrasonic pulse propagation speed. Fibrous concrete form is used as leave-in-place form. Pouring defects are detected in non-hardened concrete mix by measurement of difference in ultrasonic pulse propagation speeds during through sonic test before concrete pouring in leave-in-place form and along several different routes after pouring, but before start of concrete hardening. At the same time the ultrasonic pulse is used with frequency of 20-100 kHz.
EFFECT: simplified procedure of concrete pouring monitoring and provision of possibility for efficient elimination of detected defects directly in process of concreting.
