FIELD: construction engineering, particularly tunnel paving building. SUBSTANCE: method involves advance forming side posts with grips connecting by at least part of outer surface thereof with inner surface of tunnel lining; forming tunnel paving plate with grips; creating continuous tunnel paving plate with length exceeding summary length of tunnel end parts so that plate and posts form frame structure; forming split tunnel end plate; providing movable support of tunnel end plates on side posts through support parts. Technological system for side posts and tunnel pavement plate creation includes mechanized carts for placing reinforcement rods of side posts, mechanized shuttering unit. Shuttering unit mainly comprises form panels with equal lengths and mechanized carts. Form panels for side posts mounting are movably non-detachably fixed at least one at a time from each cart side. Form panels for tunnel pavement plate forming are transformable and detachable from cart for their independent installation in working position such that at least one mechanized cart may be passed under above form panels, including cart with form panel located thereon. Number of frame panels for tunnel pavement forming exceeds number of frame panels for side posts building. EFFECT: increased economy and technological efficiency, reduced building time, reduced labor consumption due to continuous tunnel building, increased tunnel reliability and durability, decreased inner stresses into tunnel structure, increased crack resistance. 25 cl, 27 dwg
